Off to a great start now to keep up the positive attitude. Dinner might be a bit of a challenge as we are going out with the in-laws. I will try to keep the calories during the day to a minimum.
Breakfast: Light Blueberry Yogurt 80c
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal 130c
Lunch: Slim Fast Shake 190c
Natural Almonds 160c
Afternoon snack
Spicy tuna w/crackers 250c
Dinner
Tuna wrap 504c
worked out at noon for 20 minutes on elliptical and treadmill
560c so far leaves 640c for the rest of the day though it is only 1:30PM.
Ended up having an afternoon snack and then for dinner a turkey wrap. At the basketball game I did have probably a cup or so of popcorn and two bites of Alyssa's hot dog. I am going to round up to about 1500c for the day which is still very good.
