One week down I lost 4 lbs this week!
I worked out 3 of 7 days, one less than I would have liked.
My average calories per day was 1409, though Superbowl sunday was a guess. I am looking at increasing my calories to around 1400 per day, I think this is more reasonable as long as I am making healthier choices. I will see how this next week goes staying at the 1200 range. I would like to work out more than 3 days. Overall I am very happy with myself and keep up the good work!
