Well lets just say Yikes, t was Superbowl and our beloved Packers were playing. Saturday I did pretty good until Alyssa insisted on getting M&M cookies from the store and they just kept screaming EAT ME!! I figured I will just have one but stopped at three when I was sick to my stomach. Just guessing they were about 200c a piece.

Leaving 2020c for the day not good but I do not expect myself to be perfect and it was only one day get past it and do better tomorrow, that is what accountability is all about.

Superbowl snacks I have no idea but all were dips were mainly vegetables and tortilla chips, I did not eat any of the pizza or nachos. So I am not real sure on the total calories for the day.
