Weight lost 3 lbs Yay!!
Pretty happy about that given Saturday and Sunday. Moving on. Have all the dinner meals planned and bought for this week. Have lots of healthy choices for meals and snacks.

The total for the day is a little more than I would like, but I did make a yummy and healthy dinner with grilled pork chops, homemade apple sauce, cornbread muffins, and a spinach salad with mushrooms, onions, boiled egg and balsamic dressing. Did I have to have the 120c of pudding later that night probably not, that is the struggle between my brain and that little voice in my head screaming I NEED CHOCOLATE.
